"If you’e staying here for a cruise, make sure you book your shuttle to the port in advance. Our flight was delayed, we got to the hotel after midnight and when we tried to get a shuttle voucher they told us it was too late to reserve for the shuttle. Mean while we spoke with them multiple times to tell them our flight was delayed and checking in late, not once did they tell us we had to reserve the shuttle in advance. Other than that everything was 10/10 "
