"Easy check-in. Shuttle available for cruise ships. Large rooms. There was construction but it did not effect us."

"The room was spacious well equipped and clean. The lighting was great and it was very comfortable. The property in general was beautiful The breakfast was even very well stocked and delicious. My only challenge was that due to our delayed airline flight we got in extremely late and the night staff informed us thst we could have a late check out at noon. Housekeeping began banging on the door disturbing my toddlers rest and then when we explained front desk management called and was adamant that we couldn't have a late check out. It was a pretty challenging experience because we called not only the customer service line who confirmed the same and then the night manager advised. It was less then 45 minutes and turned a great experience sour quickly. FYI we still checked out at noon after all was said and done but the added stress was unnecessary."

"It was great to have a choice of omelets! We've been in several hotels the past week, and all had scrambled eggs and hard potato squares. Pool is nice. Great location. We even added a 2nd night!"

"The room had no outlets next to the bed to plug chargers into. We were told there was a clock on the night stand to plug into but it was not there.the a/c system sounded like a jet plane taking off. The road noise was loud in the room so the cars and motorcycles could be heard all night. We ate in the bar restaurant one night and it was so cold from the A/c you needed a jacket and this was in April it was not hot outside. I’m sure there are better options in the area. "

"This hotel is without a doubt, the best place for anyone to stay that is planning a visit to Cocoa Beach! Plenty of amenities & a great staff that will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. Not many hotels I can honestly give a FIVE STAR REVIEW to but Beach Side Hotel & Suites deserves all “5” STARS! Oh, we frequently come to Cocoa Beach & always book at this Hotel! "All in all it was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was okay but what really made it terrible was the front desk staff they were rude and more interested in speaking to other co-workers than to to the guest. And that really made a big difference in are experience."

"If you’e staying here for a cruise, make sure you book your shuttle to the port in advance. Our flight was delayed, we got to the hotel after midnight and when we tried to get a shuttle voucher they told us it was too late to reserve for the shuttle. Mean while we spoke with them multiple times to tell them our flight was delayed and checking in late, not once did they tell us we had to reserve the shuttle in advance. Other than that everything was 10/10 "
