"This was our second time staying at the Beach House and we absolutely love it. Really great location, only a few minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the place is always lovely and clean. The shower in the ensuite was a bit temperamental but thankfully could just use one of the others. We absolutely love sitting on the decking looking out to the beach. There are a lot of stairs to the property but we don't really mind this at all. A little difficult to get two cars on the drive but grateful it has parking. Already booked again for next year!"

"What a wonderful vacation spot! Enjoyed watching kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, crew from the large picture windows in the apartment. Loved being able to take advantage of the laundry facilities. Two great restaurants are at the bottom of the hill. Thanks, Paul, for sharing your special place with us."

"Excellent house, spacious and we kitting out for our multi generational group. Excellently equipped kitchen, bedding all fresh, quality and smelt lovely. We loved the location for the coastal path and surfing below the house at Porthtowan. Only point to make is the hedge really needs a good cutting back as can not see the sea and beach/great view from the decking/outside seating area which is a great shame as it’s such a super location. Excellent host, very helpful and speedy responses. Thank you "
