Outside appearance is a little worrying at first but the apartment is well appointed and cared for. The hosts contacted us ahead of arrival and even suggested a few places to eat and things to see that were a little more off the beaten track."

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

The room we received was located on the top floor and did not have a balcony with a view, while the pictures displayed a balcony with a view of the street, along with a stove, sink, breakfast table, and other facilities. In addition, the lift only went up to the sixth floor, and we had to use the stairs to reach the top floor. Overall, the suite was clean and comfortable, but the shower water...
