Friendly stuff and big clean rooms. Th hotel is 10 minutes driving from city center and very close to airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast is nice but need to be upgraded.

The “room” was a whole beautifully decorated apartment that was very conveniently located. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!

very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency.

If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Amazing stay. The bus stop is right outside the hotel to go into venice. Staff were very nice. Will stay here again.

Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. (Please note that the shuttle is not free.) The breakfast is normal but if you want to have some hot breakfast mainly eggs in any form you can ask them and they will prepare them for you. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great welcome, wonderful location and good night's sleep in comfortable surroundings. Buffet breakfast in the morning delightful, and bar service in the evening lovely way to end the busy day of sightseeing. Will definitely recommend staying at your fine hotel.

Felt like staying in a luxury cruise ship. Walking distance to most attractions. Take water taxi from train $8 euro.

Maybe the addition of a washing machine would make this place more enjoyable for travelers who need to do laundry.

The room was beautiful with a lot of character. It was conveniently located near the Grand Canal (5 min walk to water bus), and under 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one week in July. The hotel is perfectly located in Dorsorduro, away from the crowds yet close to two vaporetto stops (Accademia and Zattere) and to the Accademia Gallery and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.
