"The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."

"The room and bathroom are well decorated and trendy. Lovely aesthetic and great amenities. Great for a weekend getaway. My partner and I had a pleasant weekend stay in the "Cosy" room, which is wonderfully decorated and trendy. The highlight was definitely the downstairs café and bar; delicious pastries, great coffee, and well-priced drinks in a vibrant setting with very friendly staff. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower temperature was impossible to regulate, swinging from scalding to freezing. The shower door also leaks heavily onto the floor. Storage is practically non-existent with only two coat hooks provided for luggage. The fridge didn't work. When we brought this up, staff mentioned they were already aware of the issue, but no one came up from maintenance."

"The staff went above and beyond to help with a situation that had nothing to do with my stay. The person spent almost 30 minutes making sure that I understood what needed to be done. Fabulous service!!!"
