Amenities were lacking, the restaurant was closed, and the overall impression was of a misrepresented and poorly maintained property."

"Parking was very easy, not sure it would be during the summer given that they use public parking near the beach. The lack of any in room means of moving or conditioning the air could also be a problem on warm days. We were there in early May and it was NOT a problem."
