"So, check-in was ok. Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to. So, the room. It is modern looking, clean and better than the prior hotel we stayed in when we went to London last year. However, there are issues with this one, both safety and experience issues just like the other one but here they are: - Damp (water) patches around...

"The Deganwy was a beautiful,pleasant place to stay. Donna,son and dog we're really lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding and worth much more than Donna changes. We are from Leeds in Yorkshire. And will be greatly looking forward to spending time with Deganwy in 2025"

"Great Hotel and stay. Chris was fantastic. Great breakfast every morning and whatever you wanted. Room was great very spacious and very clean. In walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and all town beaches. Lanhern pub and food brilliant a short walk away as is the Maharajah superb Indian restaurant. Trenance gardens also a short walk. "Overall a quiet location and a decent accommodation. Some of the appliances are partially working. No user manuals provided on how to operate. "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
