Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. "Nice room—small but adequate. Great beds! Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was worth the $15. The location of the hotel was perfect. We walked to the castle, High Street and the Cardiff Market. Great restaurant choices and decent shopping within walking distance. We also had drinks and played games at the bar. Nice friendly sta"
