The bed and pillows super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Coffs Harbour. Staff are friendly and welcoming."

"Needed wheelchair access room, easy for van parking and the parking spot needed to be close to the Room's door. The staff were very friendly and super efficient. The smoothest registration ever. The room and the bathroom were big enough for my wheelchair. The parking space was roomy too, not squishy like a lot of Motel parking. I had a problem with the fridge not being cold, and the man said he would be to my room in five minutes ... and he was! I was worried he would ask me to change rooms. That is a big job for a person in a wheelchair. He adjusted the thermostat and said if it wasn't getting cold in five minutes to let him know and he would have a replacement fridge installed in 10 minutes. Easiest, smoothest, most hassle free stay ever. And I am in Motels at least 4 times a year. P.S. The fridge got cold so I didn't need the replacement. It was a Happy stay."

"The view from this property is absolutely as beautiful as the photographs indicate. The beds are great. The proximity to the other cottage was not clear from the promotional page, but it was empty while I was there. Also, the steepness of the property and the driveway would be a problem for some travellers and wasn't flagged in the promotional page. I very much appreciated the quality of the furnishings, linens, supplies in the kitchen, and the unit having a BATH TUB! The internet wasn't really real for me because of the weakness of the wifi and this includes that there is no internet service on the telly, so you really just have free to air access. It could be this was due to a failed router or transmitter and the owner will remedy this. Also, there are no chairs on the property which might pose a problem for folks with mobility issues. Lounges and stools are not for everybody. Have recommended this cottage to personal friends and hope to return one day."

"The place was great and exactly what we were looking for. Our host, Lin, was absolutely fantastic—very responsive and communicated perfectly throughout our trip. One of the highlights was the amazing night view; we got to see a crystal-clear sky and a beautiful moon."
