"The information says the hotel has air conditioning, when we got there, there was no AC in the rooms only in communal areas, when I tried a refund as I had been Miss sold I was told it was not refundable. It was over 30 degrees that day so not much sleep - I never would have booked if I knew there was no AC in the rooms only!"

"Good location but parking is a major issue. Breakfast was adequate. Room was a good size. No air conditioning but a fan was available. Sea view was not worth paying for."
