"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. "The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. They were not terrible but could have been more comfortable. It wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for us tho bc the hotel was nice. The parking is just about 509 meters from the hotel up some stairs. Not far at all."
