"The location of this property is ideal for visiting Bass lighthouse, taking in various hikes, visiting unassuming Southwest Harbor! The property is large, with plenty of living space, inside and out. The big kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook which overlooks the deck, while the dining room would be perfect for a lobster feed. "House is the perfect place to stay on MDI for any itinerary. Location cant be beat- close to Bar Harbor yet so quiet at the end of a charming dead end road. House is so clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. Great new baths, beds, deck and thoroughly equipped kitchen. Will absolutely stay again!"
