"The masseria is a beautiful property with a unique atmosphere and a great location if you want to explore lecce and the surrounding area, and overall we had a very good stay.
we received truly outstanding service from the team, sylvia and alice greeted us on arrival and were exceptionally helpful and customer focused throughout our stay, and marco and sara were also very kind and attentive. our room was large and comfortable, and the presidential suite offered plenty of space with a big terrace that we really enjoyed.
breakfast is fairly basic, and the overall experience would benefit from some additional maintenance and attention to infrastructure. on the first night the air conditioning stopped working and it was very hot, and on the second night the water briefly stopped running, which was frustrating. adding air conditioning in the bathroom and addressing these issues would elevate the experience to an exceptional level, because the setting and the team are already excellent. despite these points, we still had a great stay and are grateful to the whole team for their warm hospitality."
