Communication with host was clear and efficient. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved within hours. Would definitely stay here again!"

Phoenix International Raceway is a 15 minute drive east."

"Our stay at Paul’s house was great! The property was just as listed. There was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside and comfortable furniture. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our long weekend and very convenient to Goodyear ballpark. The availability of the hot tub and the pool was nice. I would stay here again if we were to come back next year."
