"La habitación nuestra se notaba que estaba arreglado hace poco .Baño a nuevo, ducha perfecta, pero increíblemente les faltan porta jabon , algún toallero , repisas en la ducha para el shampoo y crema de enjuague . Está precioso pero parece que se olvidaron de los detalles. Muy a tener en cuenta si van con valijas pedir una habitación baja porque no hay ascensor. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, carretera sinuosa pero con vistas espectaculares. Buen punto para ir a Menaggio y ahí tomar el ferry...

"Room was cleaned thoroughly each day to a degree I’ve never seen in the US. All staff cheerful and helpful. Head bellman (who is either the owner or is re-enacting the plot from “Roman Holiday”) goes out of his way for the guests’ pleasure and convenience. Fitness room could use a better treadmill but it probably is only used on rainy days (like my last day there). Breakfast Buffett is excellent especially with made to order omelettes on weekends."
