Elegance and comfort in the country's most central historic building

"Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location in town was perfect to restaurants and walkable to beaches. The size and layout of the apartment exceeded our expectations and the cafe below was a great spot for breakfast in the morning and gelato after dinner. Olympia was a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend this rental and hope to return to this town again one day."
Luxury Villa with Views of Lake Bracciano, Available During Holidays

"We had the best time at this villa. If you are looking to get a true Italian experience in a fun little village with lots to do, this is the perfect place. The listing honestly undersells how spectacular the views are. We hung out on the veranda a lot just because it was so beautiful. We used the pool almost every day and it was clean and nice. You can drive to the train station in about 23 minutes and then ride the train into Rome very easily. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit and it had most everything we needed, but there are many great restaurants in town also, and the prices are very reasonable for everything. Our favorite spot was Il Caratello. The villa is up the mountain a little ways, but it’s only about a 4 minute drive into town. I would not recommend staying here without a car as the walk down into town is probably 15-20 minutes and walking back up is very steep. The rooms have air conditioning and we were very comfortable. Our host Tess was also wonderful and so helpful and responsive to us when we had questions. We went down to the beach a few days and rented kayaks and paddle boats and the kids had a great time. We also used the sauna and hot tub quite a bit. The villa itself is very rustic and charming. Can’t say enough good things- we made great memories and had such a lovely time. Hope to come back someday!"

"Lejligheden på første sal er godt indrettet og har en enestående udsigt over søen. Her er flere terrasser, alle overdækket og med forskellige typer havemøbler. Der er også en lille have. Køkkenet er meget veludstyret og har god plads til en familie. Værten Andrea er yderst venlig og hjælpsom. Vi havde en dejlig ferie her og kan varmt anbefale lejligheden."

"Alessandro was fantastic, a great host, and very communicative with his instructions and property details. The property itself was also amazing, perfect walkability throughout the town and even to the beach on the lake, but just enough away from the town center that it was quiet and relaxing. Ideal location. My wife, daughter, and I would absolutely return to Trevignano Romano and stay at Alessandro’s again. It was the perfect place for our small family. It was clean, spacious, homely and comfortable, and had amazing lake views and outdoor spaces for the kids to run around while enjoying the perfect weather. At the same time, very safe, as the lake entrance from the yard was gated and child proof, as was the front patio. Overall we had a wonderful time and were sad to go. Highly recommend!"
