"We went to Charlottesville for a wedding and found this rental near the venue - and it could not have been more perfect! The apartment itself was very comfortable (really comfortable bed!) and the property is amazing. Beautiful pool, dedicated hot tub, and views for days. I wish we had more time to enjoy it all - guess we'll just have to go back!"

"Renew is a beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and well equipped cottage. The serene surroundings made for an ideal setting and an excellent place for our day trips to Monticello, area wineries and downtown Charlottesville for dining and Adventures. "The room was spacious and cozy. The place has great character. The updates done by Monica and Pat were done in great taste and without losing the integrity of the house. The floors were gorgeous and all rooms were lovely. The owners are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will tell others. We highly recommend. "

"Getting to and from the lakehouse was a breeze, the location was perfect. Check-In was seamless and so was communcation with the property manager. The house had everything you'd need for the most part, plent of space for everyone to enjoy their time. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming, could use a power washing as it was littered with spiders. The house was clean but you could tell it had been awhile in-between guests as you'd find cobwebs and the elements haven't been great to the...
