"The stay was pleasant. We spent little time in the home as we went to the race both days. Nightly rate was good but I felt the processing and cleaning fees were more than I would have liked. I would stay again, very comfy and exactly what we expected."

"As soon as you pull in you are greeted by a beautiful willow tree. The property is just amazing, from the trout stream to the house. Oh my, the house, it is picturesque, it should be featured in a magazine. It is the cleanest vacation rental house we have stayed in. A big plus, just a short drive to Watauga lake. The host, Gary, is super friendly. We can’t wait to come back!"

Absolutely wonderful cabin!
"We loved staying in this cabin! The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and gave us everything we needed for our short stay. Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail. The owner responds immediately to any questions. We did not have enough coffee when we arrived and he sent the cleaning person that Evening to give us a supply. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset over the mountain. We will definitely rent from host again and highly recommend him!"
