Your dream holiday home on Split Riviera
Villa Salt is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa near the town of Trogir, whose exclusive location and traditional architecture offer the perfect combination of natural environment and modern technology.
It's built over three floors.
ENTRANCE FLOOR
Three bedrooms with en-suites.
From the front door you will immediately access on the right side the open hallway leading to three of the four bedrooms of the house; and on the left side to a stair case which are taking to the downstairs living room. Each room comes with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and is equipped with aircon. All the bedrooms feature a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over Trogir old town. Towels, bathrobes, and complimentary sets are also provided.
MIDDLE FLOOR
4th bedroom & living/dining & kitchen area
Going down through the stairs, you will get into a big open space which host a living area with a huge sofa and tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 10 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, ice maker, blender, large set of cutlery (24 pieces each), glasses of all kinds (for red wine, white wine, long drink, soft drink , shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of dishes, bowls, pots and pans.
On this floor there is the 4th bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has access to a private garden with outdoor furniture.
An additional toilet is also available.
LOWER FLOOR
Lounge area with bar, laundry room & shower
One floor under the living area you will get to the lounge area which is right next to the pool. The lounge area comes with a bar and sofas and TV. Adjacent to the lounge are there is a laundry room, a shower and a toilet.
POOL
The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace is equipped with sun loungers and beach towels. The outdoor shower is right by the pool.

Villa Salt
The villa was very luxurious in a good location and had everything you needed. The only down side we felt was lack of an information booklet, I.e. numbers for emergency doctors etc. ferry, bus timetables, restaurant guides. Also a bonus would have been a fridge in the downstairs pool room.

Fabulous Villa in a beautiful area
The villa was fantastic, well furnished and very comfortable. We are 8 adults and felt the accommodation was very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We made a lot of use of the bbq and ate most of our meals outdoors.
On arrival we had a lovely light lunch waiting for us and were shown round the villa and given tips on where to go to purchase groceries.
The cleaner Anna Maria came in daily and did a great job, as did the pool cleaner.
The only disappointing thing was no washing machine though there is plenty of room on the bottom floor for one. I do think for anyone staying in a villa it is a necessity, but apart from that I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
Trogir is a beautiful town, full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Also it is a lovely boat journey from here to Split. Convenience to the airport makes it a good choice for a holiday destination.
