"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Wir hatten einen wirklich gelungenen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Region. Das Haus ist eine zu einer Ferienwohnung umgebaute alte Schmiede in einem Dorf unweit von Neubrandenburg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden froh gestimmt von den quakenden Fröschen im Ortsteich!"

"Diese Unterkunft war so schlecht, das wir noch am selben Abend in ein Hotel gefahren sind, welches sich in der Nähe befand. Wir waren wegen der Arbeit da und eigentlich nur zum Übernachten dort. Aber selbst das war und ist nicht zumutbar."
