Struttura in pieno centro e molto ben collegata. Accoglienza perfetta al check-in da parte di Eleonora molto brava, gentilissima ,sorridente e professionale e molti ringraziamenti anche al general Manager Daniel ottimo "padrone di casa" staff molto accogliente e gentilissimo nella sala breakfast . Ottima e abbondante e varia la colazione e spa meravigliosa grazie e alla prossima . A hotel located right in the city center with excellent transport links. We received a perfect welcome at check-in from Eleonora—who was wonderful, incredibly kind, cheerful, and professional—and we also extend our thanks to the General Manager, Daniel, an excellent host. The breakfast staff were very welcoming and kind, and the breakfast itself was excellent, plentiful, and varied. The spa was wonderful, too. Thank you, and see you next time.

Beautiful place to stay. Especially not allowing pets, which is hard to find, because of my allergy. Clean, quiet, safe. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in the city

Reception staff were excellent. So lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. The spa facilities and amenities were excellent, pool was incredible, super relaxing. Great location, really convenient. Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that the shower gel wasn't replenished during the daily clean.

Unser Zimmer war tip top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Hotel hatte aus unserer Sicht unsere Erwartungen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Ruhige Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Aussicht.

Todo excelente y el personal muy amable! Solo tuve un problema al hacer el check in ya que había reservado una Suite con dos camas y al llegar me querían entregar un cuarto con una cama y un sillón mientras ellos argumentaban que un sillón es igual que una cama siendo que en Expedia venían imágenes y descripciones con “2 camas” y uno un sillón y una cama… al final y después de argumentarlo me cambiaron de cuarto, pero si fue desgastante convencerlos y hacerlos entender que ellos estaban mal

Parannusehdotuksia tulevaisuuden varalle sviitin osalta; ei ollut ollenkaan hoitoainetta, lukuvalot sängyn vierestä puuttuivat, vessaan ripustukoukkuja ja kaapissa oli likaisia astioita edellisten jäljiltä.

Extrem freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Restaurant im 5. Stock. Sejr bequeme Betten, ruhige Zimmer ohbe Nebengeräusche. Die Reinigung der Zimmer findet nicht täglich statt, aber wenn man es sich wünscht, kann man es an der Rezeption erwähnen. Der Spa Bereich fanden wir sehr schön, jedoch leider mit wenig Service: Wasser und Tee waren aus und Salzwasserpool mit Verschmutzung im Wasser, was wahrscheinlich daran liegt, dass wir die Spa session von 18 bis 21 Uhr gebucht haben und deshalb schon das Personal im Feierabend war. Fazit: wir würden es erneut buchen.
