This hotel is a living museum. They should offer a tour of the 19th C Halseth Bakery where there are photos on every wall, displays under glass and the Huge oven doors still in the courtyard. Excellent location, good breakfast, small gym and a laundry!!! My favorite in Trondheim

The room was incredibly spacious and there was plenty of space to move around The hotel is perfectly located in Trondheim and was 5 mins away from the central station The building was great as it had plenty of character having used to be a bakery We had breakfast included which was great and there was lots of variety with what was offered The luggage room, whilst quite small, was great to store anything we didn't need if you are arriving early in the morning The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful for anything we needed

The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a great first impression. The room itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air — something that’s surprisingly rare in many hotels these days. I also enjoyed the character of the building, which used to be an old bakery; the historic atmosphere added a lot of charm to the experience. Having access to a laundry room was another very handy bonus. Breakfast overall was very good, with plenty of choice and good-quality food. It was a pity that, due to a strike, the hotel wasn’t able to provide the complimentary afternoon waffles during my stay. The hot breakfast options were also fairly limited, although everything available was fresh and enjoyable. The main downside was the noise. On weekend nights there was a lot of late-night noise from nearby bars and drunk people outside until around midnight, and throughout the week there were very loud seagulls overnight. Of course, this isn’t really something the hotel can control, but it’s worth noting that light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise may want to keep it in mind before booking. Overall, though, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hotel’s comfort, character, and friendly atmosphere.

Is a beautiful hotel , very quiet and excellent breakfast buffet. Good gluten and dairy free options , I really appreciated !! Highly recommended this hotel and they storage our luggage even though we arrived from the cruise ship at 8:am and our check in time was at 3;pm . Also , free laundry and great service
