"Probably the most beautiful , serene and tranquil hotel we’ve ever stayed in in Europe . The staff were very friendly and were very attentive . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , we were sad to leave . Would stay there again in a heart beat"

"This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for ‘sea view’ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. Despite the room description stating it slept 3 in the room, they made us pay an additional $100 per night for the extra adult. There is no elevator. Only stairs. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to carry it down and up stairs or roll it up the big hill outside. Overall, I was happy with the location. The pool was great, the views from the property was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. One thing to note, they do not provide bottled water. It is all extra charge for the mini fridge. Also, the beach is a micro beach. There was no live music."

"Michela the bartender/ waitress / is an incredible asset , amazing person and a new friend for us ❤️. Food was great ,Domenic was amazing. The ladies at reception were friendly and super accommodating. We travelled from far and had a late check in and it was smooth . We had an early check out this morning as we are visiting family all over Italy and agin they were very accommodating."

"Our stay at Palazzo Mottola was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property is beautifully modern, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent and the view! You have to see it to believe it. What truly sets Palazzo Mottola apart, however, is its incredible staff. A special thank you to Miroslava, who was so warm, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Her genuine sweetness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We also cannot say enough about Saverio. He went completely above and beyond in every way possible. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable and made our experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a place that combines modern luxury, spotless accommodations, and some of the best hospitality you'll ever experience, Palazzo Mottola is the perfect choice.
