"Love the place and the hospitality. Really clean, elegant, luxurious and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The place is so quiet and isolated but not good for walking around. If you wanna buy something you need to drive and there is a big mall and nice tourist beach area within few minutes of the place. A plus is that the resort offer a shuttle. So, If you are looking for a place to relax privately and quietly, this is the place."

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "The house had been empty for a long duration throughout Covid. This meant that some of the equipment wasn't in great shape when we arrived eg. We had no hot water for over 11 days. The owners tried their best to fix it themselves, but had to concede defeat and call in a plumber. The house, and it's facilities need updating and renovating eg. Sitting room furniture is very outdated, the downstairs shower cubicle needs replacing/ renovating, the masonry around the swimming pool needs renovating,...

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"The villa faces the beach and what a view! We love the privacy the villa offers and the direct access to the beach which is very exclusive. The beach is clean and the sand is fine. There is sea grass in the water however. The kayaks provided were used frequently. The villa itself is very clean and is as described. We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks also to the 2 lovely housekeepers who came every day. One of them is a wonderful cook who can serve up a lovely meal if asked. We just have to pay...

La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards. "From beginning to end, we have no complaints about this listing. The description is spot on and if anything, the villa is better in real life than on the photos. With 7 rooms across 2 floors and sofa beds, it can easily and comfortably host big families and friends. It is very well equipped, even with a washer and dishwasher which were super helpful, as well as with an AC in every room. The common infinity pool was relaxing and well maintained. "Tolles Apartment mit sensationellen Ausblick. Wir haben jede Stunde auf der riesigen Dachterasse genossen. Besonders die lange Tafel und der Plunge Pool haben es uns angetan. Sehr ruhige schöne Bucht nur mit Villen, keine Hotels. Auto sollte man haben für Einkäufe, Ausflüge oder Abendessen. "Dominique's villa is every bit as beautiful as the photos on the website. The house was clean and tidy and interestingly laid out with lots of different spaces to sit and eat, both inside and outside. Having the canoes to use from the beach was a lovely addition and we enjoyed using them. Bernadette and Sandhi were incredibly helpful and kind and prepared some meals for us which was a great help.
