"Outlets in the room were loose in the wall and did not items would come unplugged with slight movement. Bathroom door did not lock while in use. Overnight staff would rather explain a noise disturbance than address it with the offending party. Phone in the room was connected to the wall but did not work at all. Afternoon staff was lovely"
