I stayed here for a long weekend so visit family and this place was lovely! The bathrooms were so cute and clean. The host was a gem and was very quick to answer and questions I had. The host made sure to leave extra little travel items with anything we may have needed which came in super handy. It was really cold outside and I was hoping the house would be heated enough since I tend to get super cold even inside but the host made sure to leave space heaters in areas the general heat would not reach so I was super comfortable the whole time. She even left a little welcome note to come into which was so nice. Overall great stay and I will be booking here again!

Most beautifully decorated home. It is a good location for parents dropping kids off at RPI. Loved the outdoor area. The owner was responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Brenda was a wonderful host. The property was decorated nicely - each room had its own theme. It was the perfect place to land for a busy weekend.
The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms came with ample towels and plenty of hot water.
For a quick weekend trip, it had everything we needed.

First off, the host seemed nice (at first) however the property was not what I expected. For one it is simply FREEZING in there .. the bathrooms? Forget about it. I had to carry a space heater from room to room in order to NOT FREEZE. And then the BUGS. Multiple flies. Crawling bugs on the floor. The property is “renovated” but done very shotty and cheap.there is a gap where the floor should meet the bottom of the wall- where I’m guessing the bugs might get In.
That’s not even the worst of it. I happen to be there during a huge power outage in the entire area (it was almost 2 days by the time I was checking out) I understand that’s not the hosts fault. But the first night without power the host and her family left (they live in the other side of the building) I’m guessing it’s bc they know how cold
It is gonna get. So now I have no power in an already really really cold apartment. So I wanted to try to get a hotel as temps were reaching 40 degrees inside the apartment. I couldn’t! The driveway was not plowed (as it was earlier in the day) and it’s down a hill. We had 2 feet of snow and I was down the hill of a driveway I wasn’t able to move not a foot. So I had no choice but to stick it out and freeze all night until the following evening (about 20 hours later) when the snow finally melted and I was able to get my car out. Temperatures had reached 34 degrees while I was stuck in that apartment. I was literally trapped and nearly freezing to death (myself and my poor dogs)
