"The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!"

"On our way to Indiana for the Indy 500 and stayed for the night. Very clean home! Had everything you could possibly need. WAY better than a hotel!! Hot tub was fantastic! Hot and ready to go. Kids absolutely loved it! Only critique would be a second shower because all of us needed one before we left but we made it work. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of places to sleep and rest. Felt very safe with the security system in place. Thank you for such a great home! Would highly recommend!"

"Love this little place to get away"

"Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"Loved it! The house was great and my adult boys(early 20's) loved the games jn the basement. Super close to everything we were doing. I communicated with the host a couple of tomes and they were super quick to respond. It was a great stay and would stay there agin."

"This house and Brittany were amazing. The house was decorated so cool and was within walking distance to town. My daughters all want to redecorate their homes after staying at this house. Perfect size for the four of us, very well stocked, everything you could want! Will definately stay again!"

"The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year."

"My parents and I needed a place to stay near Oakwood/Dayton for a family wedding, but all the hotels were booked for a UD alumni event. We luckily found this amazing home in Kettering and it was beyond perfect. I expect we'll return here on future visits. The owners were so friendly and inviting. They've obviously made efforts to modernize the home for guests. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 thanks to the office/3rd bedroom. There were plenty of amenities...

"The house was as listed. It was comfortable and met our needs while we were in town. Location was great - very quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants, etc in very close proximity. The only negative was the overly powerful smell of stale animal urine. It was throughout the entire house and permeated every inch of the house."
