A lovely overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking and charging EV car was perfect. Location excellent and a lovely town too. Would definitely book here again if we’re travelling through.

Great value for money hotel in the centre of Troyes. Extremely friendly welcome from reception lady who was very helpful. Good size double rooms, nice bedding, great bathroom. Parking extra but only 7 EUR, breakfast 10.50 EUR - cold buffet, not a great selection but fresh warm good-quality croissants which were appreciated and nice coffee.

The Hotel was very nice and had been recently renovated so it was very good. The breakfast was also good and a reasonable price. The reception was a little of an issues as the guy on the desk only spoke French and Mandarin, but with the aid of a mobile phone translate we worked it out.

Inexpensive for size of room, internal parking (important to us) for 7euros, decent amenities but no kettle or cups, centre of town, bed comfy, bath (taps want a buff), staff friendly and helpful and spoke some English, secure (gated).

Great stay overall

Great little hotel in good location. Was offered a car EV space which I confirmed and responded to, but wasn't available on arrival. Was sorted out quickly though! Good secure parking area. Rooms lovely in the main building. Breakfast ok but wasn't worth it for my 6 year old, would be better to have children's rates as was quite expensive for us all considering it was continental options only. Beds really comfy, would suggest moving the twin beds into the other area as we weren't comfortable with my daughter being next to the front door while we were out of sight in the other room. Overall great stay, friendly staff and good sleep! Thanks

Comfortable one night stay

We had an excellent stay: a couple with a young baby, staying one night on our drive through France. Check in was easy, we were directed to one of the (secured) parking spots. The receptionist very kindly set up the baby bed, which somehow wasn’t on our booking. The room was fine: having a kitchenette was very handy, the bed was comfortable, the room large. The shower room was a bit on the small side, but not a major problem for one night. Close to the city centre for restaurants and shops. Overall we’d recommend this place for an overnight, and we’d book again if coming back to Troyes.

Excellent find

We had a family room with two single beds and a double in a separate room, which was ideal. It was comfortable and in a great location, easy to walk in to the centre. We reserved parking and it was secure behind a gate. Jeremy behind reception was helpful and friendly. I would return.
