Amazing stay here! Super clean and staff were incredibly helpful and kind to this American tourist!

Lovely place, well equipped and located

Elegant, chic decor, terraces and gardens welcome photographs! Glamorous bedroom with generous bathroom accessories and towels. Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved...

Really really close to downtown. We just drove down (as we had a car ) the street and parked next to the cathedral, underground.

Short walk to city center from this spacious, clean and safe hotel. It was superb, until we went to breakfast. Skip the breakfast and you’ll be astounded by this place.

Clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the old town. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this place for short visits.

This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind.

Her name escapes me at the moment, because we stayed there three months ago, but I will never forget her face, and the amazing above-and-beyond service she provided us. I believe it was something like Michele or Celine. She is a mature lady with a beautiful face and dark hair. At first she told us that there was no room in the hotel garage because we hadn't preordered, then she told us to drive by again and she would open the door for us. She kept our keys so that people needing to get out could...

One of the best experience that I have in France. Friendly staff, clean and well situated. Will go there again and again.

Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Spacious, clean and well set up. Friendly staff, easy to find and onsite parking. Troyes is a beautiful city to visit.

The entrance is difficult, the stairs are really thin. We stayed in the second floor, it was very hard to climb with the suitcase. No elevator. No air conditioning. Hard to open the windows. Other then that it was big and clean. Not very far from the city center
