"This place was the perfect location in "Old Town" Hanoi for us. You step right out into the heart of everything. We arrived by hotel transport from airport to accommodation. Everything ran smoothly from airport. Friendly, accommodating staff on arrival to hotel. We were given an upgrade to one of our rooms to an 'lake view' which was nice. The room we stayed in (President room) had a balcony with views on the city side, and to our surprise a "massage chair" - Wicked!! spacious room with large bathroom. Full kitchen facilities available in this room. Very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our booking. Large buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and would stay here again due to the service we received. Would recommend to other family and friends. Thank you for the comfortable stay!"

"First I would like to thank the manager who did an exceptional job of looking after us when our flight was delayed he didn’t have to but made sure we could extend our room for another half day, the hotel staff also sorted us with a trip to the airport cheaper than grab and all booked for us I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Secondly the hotel is lovely and has all amenities you need such as a rooftop view breakfast and gym. It’s very central to everything it’s right at your doorstep "
