This is an ideal getaway for a family who wants to spend time in a comfortable home brimming with lots of sunlight and good cheer. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has a two car garage with a flat drive—perfect for easy access on winter days.

Enjoy lovely Tahoe days from either the front or back deck . You'll find 2 bedrooms on the downstairs level while the master is located upstairs with the living area.

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.
