•Parking: 2 cars allowed. There is parking for one car in the garage and in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•Town of Truckee: 023448;
•Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change; children under the age of 3 are free; see the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details;
•Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
📝 Important Notice: Tahoe Donner Amenities Blackout Period + Pools and Spas availability
Tahoe Donner Association has implemented access blackouts for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. Guests staying at short-term rentals, including this property, will not have access to Tahoe Donner amenities during those blackout dates.
Please check the official Tahoe Donner Association website to confirm if the blackout schedule will affect your planned stay dates, as the schedule may change from time to time.
Kindly note that we do not have control over these blackout dates as they are set by the Tahoe Donner Association management, and we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations resulting from these blackout periods.
The Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations beginning September 2, 2025, for approximately 3.5 months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers;
During this time, the Northwoods Pool will remain open (Sept 2 – Oct 10, 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily, weather permitting). Tahoe Donner members and their guests will receive locals’ day/month/quarterly pass pricing discounts at the TDRPD pool with a valid Member or Resident Tenant ID card.

Traveling with little ones is easier with convenient baby gear rentals available locally in Tahoe. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates.

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.
For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines:
• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
