Stylish Luxury Townhouse - Walk to Downtown, A/C!
Welcome to the PowHaus - where your Lake Tahoe dreams come true!
This property is a brand-new, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom townhouse less than a mile from downtown Truckee. It's perfect for families or ski groups who want to enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer. Come stay with us and enjoy mountain modern at it's finest!
Downtown: 3 minute drive / 15 minute walk (may be difficult for kids/older adults)
Northstar: 15 minute drive
Squaw/Alpine: 17 minute drive
Kings Beach: 19 minute drive
Our tastefully designed townhouse is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a private, two-car garage (with 240V EV outlet - NEMA 14/50), a beautiful well-stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious--yet cozy--living room, two fire places, three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms.
THE DETAILS
Master bedroom: Features a queen-sized memory foam mattress and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and large standing bathtub. Feel free to start the fire and turn on Netflix!
Guest bedroom: Another memory foam queen bed & ensuite bathroom downstairs.
Bunk room: Contains a bunk bed with 2 full-sized mattresses and a trundle with a twin mattress. Please note the top bunk holds a MAXIMUM OF 1 ADULT (we are serious about this -- it is not designed for, nor will it support, 2 adults).
Fully stocked kitchen that includes:
– Plenty of pots, pans, & baking sheets for large family meals
– Serving utensils
– Full set of chef knives
– Oven
– Dishwasher
– Fridge and freezer
– Coffee maker
- Outdoor grill
Living space with:
- An open floor plan to cook, lounge, and hang out together
- Large dinning room table with 8 chairs
- Plenty of seating around the living room
- Fireplace
- AC
- Games & TV
- Sliding glass door onto the balcony with a grill, more seating, and mood-setting bistro lights
Laundry:
– Feel free to use our washer and dryer in the downstairs closet
*Just a friendly heads up. We have a Ring Doorbell camera set up outside our home. Please don't take this as a big brother tactic ;) We just want to make sure our home is secure while away and also during your stay
Other things to note
We love animals, but please note that this home is pet free. In the event that you bring your pet along for a stay, you'll be subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.
We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Travel insurance is highly recommended during the winter as there are frequent road closures!
