"Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. "

"House is a great find, with lots to do for active people! The backyard is what sold it for us and it did not disappoint. Pool, hotub, outdoor shower, lots of seating AND a sand volleyball court (big win for my teenage daughter volleyball player). The family also had a blast playing pool together in the rec room. If you are looking for a place that's been recently renovated with lots to keep people busy, this is a great option."

Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. "My unit was an end unit, so I was lucky to have a screened in porch and beautiful views of the sunsets over the water. Being on the end also meant lots of extra light from the 2 sliding glass doors. Though it was small, (perfect for one or two people at the most), it was clean and comfortable.
