"We stayed just two nights and were overall pleased. The location is great and not too far at all from the beach. We were surprised and delighted to see manatees in the canal at the back of the property. The place was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have use of beach chairs, umbrella, and sand/shell accessories. Communication with the property management was okay. We were able to get in early and that was communicated well but some of our other questions were either not answered or...

"Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose."

"The property was true to the pictures. Very nice layout. We had everything we needed. They had a bottle of Champagne and chocolates waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to have the outdoor cooking and eating area. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, pool and watching the sunsets on the dock every night."

"We stayed in this home for a weekly friend and fishing vacation …. The home and managers was very nice and it was easy to access the home … The view is spectacular!!! We enjoyeddthe pool , hot tub, comfy beds, large shower, beautiful kitchen , and dock on canal ,,, our friend could pick us up on dock out back on his boat !!! We caught snook, jacks, and a tarpon !!!! 5 star home and location!!!!! We will be back great vacation!!!!"

"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

"Loved the canal front property, the privacy of the house with the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness of the property management staff. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the property was charging us for electricity. We didn't notice it in the listing (may have missed it) but saw it in the communication when the property details were sent to us. This is the first time we've had to pay this but have heard from other vacation home owners that many renters are...

"Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already."

"This was our second stay at the house, last one being Oct. 2020. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very clean. Everything in description was very accurate. 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and nice size cooler for the beach. Great house and location..!!!"

"This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by."

"The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. Also a TV in the second bedroom with and ensuite would be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your home! Lots of linens, access to pool toys and bikes was nice extras. Great poolside furniture.
