" The hotel was very clean and neat. Rather Spartan, however, with no coffee pot in the room and no accessible electrical outlets to plug anything in. Wasn't fond of having to lug all our stuff up to the second floor because there was no elevator, however the staff was more than willing to help us with carrying our stuff up there."

"Owners were very Welcoming, a beautiful home, comfortable rooms in Amish country. Sandy made us all a delicious breakfast. She is a great cook. My daughter absolutely loved all the animals on the farm. We wanted to stay another night. We are extremely likely to come stay again."

"Overall, great place and location. Note that there is no a/c. House is right on the lake, which is clear. Dock is newer. Rowvoat and 2 kayaks, life vests, toys, all available. Inside very clean. Outside could have used a hose down (covwebs). Would stay here again, we enjoyed it!"

"Return visit after 3 or 4 years, many upgrades to rooms. Pub and restaurant are still great. Problems this trip with the television (Direct TV) lack of channels, intermittent sound and reception. Hopefully the next upgrade on the list."

"The pictures do not do it justice! We were just slightly early for the fall color change but the lake, the calmness, and the solitude was everything we were looking for. The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was within reach of wherever we needed it. Highly recommended!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away...

"This cottage was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I to spend a relaxing week at the lake. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into making your stay wonderful!"
