Only 1 night, last ninute stay. Staff was very helpful & hotel is modern. Convenient location to all Rockford has to offer: restaurants, shops, Rouge River & bike trails. Parking was free & a large lot behind the hotel. Could have used a back door for convenience.

Everything was perfect. We needed a room with extra privacy for my teenager traveling with us on this trip and the king suite with the door separating the two spaces was great. Staff was above par. I wish we had more time to stay. We will definitely come back.

We LOVED this hotel so much. The free parking was amazing, it’s located in a cute small town with a ton of cute little one off shops, post office, bowling alley, etc. The rooms were extremely clean and modern and beautiful and you back up to the police station which made it feel even more safe. The staff were incredible and the restaurant downstairs is something we’ve been talking about for a week. Would recommend this place to everyone I know traveling here. I had such a great time and if I’m in the area again we will be back!

This was a nice hotel. Conveniently located near Grand Rapids. We were in town for a concert. I must say that the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The sheets were soft and I had absolutely great sleep, which is a big deal for me. Staff helpful when there was a problem with a duplicate charge on my card. Would recommend to others and would stay again myself.

Great property in a beautiful town far enough away from the city. Free parking was great and staff were all helpful and friendly. Place is very professionally run - this is a hidden gem ( hope it stays that way 😉) I’ll return next time I’m in the area - room was clean and comfortable and the extra pillows we requested were in the room when we arrived,

The front desk associate was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. We arrived early but didn’t want to pay for early check in, so she gave us a 10% discount to use at the restaurant and bar while we waited. We made good use of that and found the bartender to be friendly and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about all the whiskey and spirits that they served and the bar has an extensive variety of whiskeys available. The room was nice and clean and we found the bed to be very comfortable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we found a parking space right outside the front door. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Rose Hotel.

What a wonderful surprise! I ended up staying at Hotel Rose because of the heat wave, and I’m so glad I did. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff made me feel right at home. The downtown location is perfect—you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the river. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Rockford

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open, closed for renovations. The coffee available was not very good and no lids were available so you could not easily take it to go. A pick up bagel or sweet roll or snack of some kind would have been nice to take when we had to leave early in the morning. The staff was lovely. The lady the checked us in was very helpful in finding local food options when the restaurant was closed for renovations.

Rose Hotel was absolutely 💯 amazing.. Payton was great a greeting us. Bed was so very comfortable. Room was very clean. Mary Beth in the restaurant was amazing. Meal was delicious. We will be back next year!

Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed.

This hotel opened last fall and is located in a great location. There are several food options within walking distance along with the nearby dam to admire the river view. You can bring your bikes along and ride the White Pine Trail or take a nice walk. There are also nearby bars to get a drink or munchies.
