Nice hotel in a residential safe distric

The hotel is a residential part of the town. Very safe to walk even at night. The room facing the park have a great view of some trees.

Nice small hotel, close to historic center but...

Based on its good ratings, I reserved a double room on this hotel. I'd say it's a above regular place, but after a couple of nights I ended leaving it with mixed feelings on my experience. I didn't like that my reservation from the Expedia app (and confirmed, according to them) was not registered in the reservation book of the hotel. According to the front desk boy, it was due to technical issues between this site and the hotel, nevertheless he could help me to solve the setback afterwards by taking my reservation himself personally. On the good side, the breakfast buffet was very good, sort of a continental one with scrambled eggs included.

The only thing I can really complain about was the bath tub. The water ran very slowly, so it took about an hour to fill it up for a soak! Otherwise, the service was wonderful, and the stay quite comfortable. They took care of our laundry for us, helped us discover a bottle of local wine, and called a cab for us on our way out.

Nice hotel and close to the center

Enjoyable stay for a one night visit to the city. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is at a walking distance to tge city center.

Al reservarlo x Hoteles.com se suponía q pague al retirarme, pero me débito de mi tarjeta de crédito al momento de la reserva. No había manera de reclamar al hotel. El precio no es para la calidad que brinda.

habitación sin ventilación

El check in estuvo bien, nuestra reserva figuraba. Personal atento La habitación al ingresar tenia olor a humedad y no tenia ventilación por mas que había una ventana que daba al pasadizo. Encontramos un ventilador en el closet, pero era demasiado viejo y no generaba nada de aire. La ducha muy angosta,era una mini tina, al ducharse las cortinas tenían q ir por dentro, sino se salía el agua por todos lados. Demasiada bulla, cuando ingresan otros huéspedes, ya que los mismos clientes suben sus equipajes. No probamos el desayuno que ofrecen, no puedo opinar de ese servicio.

Our room was spacious

I booked this hostal early and got a very good deal. The room was spacious, there was even a bathtub which is not usual in hostals. There was also a mini bar which kept our bottled water cold. It was an easy walk to the main plaza. The staff was very helpful. They had a computer in the lobby for guests to use, which is nice since we were not traveling with our lap top.

It is a good budget place in a quiet area. You can walk to some good restaurants in the area or even to Plaza de Armas.

Nice, afordable hotel

It is a near to the center, nice, afordable hotel. Hotel staff is always willing to help. Overall a very clean, although room can be even more cleaner (under the bed for example). Very good experience.

mi experiencia en trujillo

Fue un viaje agrable y respecto al Hotel buena atención pero al final me cobraron mas de lo que compré aunque era por consumo de cosas que te dejan en la habitación que por cierto deberían decirte que no son de cortesía. Algo tambien que no te es el pintado de las paredes que parece hace algún tiempo no lo hacen y la habitación muy pequeña, por lo demas todo bien.

Far out from central in a quiet neighbourhood

Not near central. Clean and comfortable room. The toilet bowl is enclosed. The shower tub and basin are in the room. Breakfast comes with juices, scramble egg, breads, coffee and tea. Carpet around the basin gets wet easily.

Everything was fine, after i finished my sightseeing and i found my backpack in another place, and when i opened it to check my stuff, i found anothers things inside and i left it on the table, them i check my money and someone took 350usd
