"Stayed a couple nights before a cruise. Hotel was pretty nice for the cost. It was clean and spacious. Only downfall to the room was no night table lamp so if you are a reader, bring a book lamp. Within walking to restaurants and port. Some shady area near hotel when walking but we did not have any problems"

On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high. "Room was clean. AC was cold. Third floor has a great view. Within walking distance of pretty much anything you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Set us up with their complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. "

"The AC did not work, room smelled musty. The bathroom was remodeled but the shower floor was slippery. I recommend grab bars to be installed as I almost fell. Location is prime store and restruants easy walk. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Terranea. The villa is located in the perfect spot where you feel remote yet part of the resort at the same time. The shuttle service provided to the main resort was easy to use as well. The kids enjoyed one of four pools and the slide. The fitness center was great. We scheduled free pickleball and the shuttle service took us to the offsite (but close) tennis club. Cleaning service that is included was also fantastic. Highly recommend! "

"The villa was in a wonderful location: extremely: had every amenity you needed well stock kitchen: space was well appointed: beds themselves were so comfortable: the view was beautiful from the terrace. We enjoyed the fireplace out there many nights. One minor item the kitchen needed potholders and some extra blankets for the other bedroom."
