When we arrived two hours later, Kristina and Sophia assisted us in getting checked in and settled into our villa as my wife had suffered an injury earlier in the day. "We found this property to be dirty, with filthy mattresses and a lizard infestation in both our rooms. Although a couple of staff members were friendly and helpful, the owners of the property however were very rude and dismissed our concerns. Absolutely ruined our holiday and would definitely not stay there again. The worst hotel experience we have ever had."
