"Fantastic historic building with charm on every floor. Elevator may not be suitable for all but we did fit two people and 2 lg, 2sm pieces of luggage in it. Reception was wonderful in terms of recommendations and can put you in touch with their driver given a day's notice."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel feels clean, modern and the service is just excellent. Breakfast were phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this hotel and totally enjoyed our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel."
