"My rating is focused on the hotel's location. The property is ideally situated directly across from a large shopping mall. The charming Old Town is accessible via a leisurely 10-minute walk. During my four-night stay, I consistently observed many people on the streets, including on a Monday evening. The castle is within walking distance, and the picturesque route features numerous churches. The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of exceptional dining establishments, bars, clubs, museums, and other entertainment options. Although the hotel experienced technical issues with the gym, they graciously offered to schedule an appointment for me if needed. Instead, I elected to practice yoga in my room. Traveling to the airport is a significant benefit, with transportation costing approximately $7. To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. It’s also next to a large mall if you want to do some shopping. The rooms are well equipped in everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and really well designed. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and all the food was really tasty; one of the best. Overall an excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Krakow."
