Large and comfortable rooms. Short walk across the road to the ICE krakow congress centre- Very convenient if attending conferences there. 30min pleasant walk to the old town, about 16min by tram, tram station is just a short walk outside. Decent on site restaurant as well.
There was plenty of options for breakfast; hams, boiled eggs, cheeses, cereals, pastries, can make your own waffles! Friendly helpful staff especially Julie.
The room was lovely and clean, fresh cold water dispensers at the end of the corridors
Clean and friendly. The lady checking myself and 2 children in was really kind. All staff we came across were very polite. Room was spacious enough and very clean
Our room was very clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. Location was ideal as very close to the Old town centre.
Amazing location, extremely comfortable beds, clean and modern amenities, breakfast buffet had a good spread of hot and cold meals- overall a great stay!
Cannot fault this property. It’s in an excellent location and the staff were helpful and friendly. The basement car park was handy for parking my rental car securely.
Quiet location, but still close to old town/Walel hill.
Nice breakfast, they also provided us with a breakfast bag when we had an early start.
Friendly and helpful staff
Really close to the Town centre - great breakfast - clean spacious room, no hassle from staff - looked after our cases until we had to leave. Nice and easy no hassle highly recommended

Staff was above and beyond. So helpful. Big hotel for Europe. Great location for convention center and not far from city center and Jewish quarter
Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk.
First of all the hotel was well served by the bus from Airport which only had a short walk from the bus stop. You can walk to the castle and the centre easily. But if you prefer there are frequent trams to the centre. The hotel itself is faultless in terms of standards expected. We were able to leave our luggage there for storage after checking out allowing more time in Krakow for ourselves

Location was great and they had parking underneath the hotel. The tram stop was right across the street and convenient to get to old town. The hotel only had one elevator working for our entire stay, which isn't enough for a hotel of this size, especially when a tour bus full of people returns on all once. It was raining one of the nights so we ordered from Uber Eats. There were many close restaurants and delivery was quick. We got a room with the Castle View, but they put us on the second floor and all we could see was the lawn, with barely any view of the castle, so be a little wary when getting a room with the Castle View. The air conditioning in our room was anemic, which didn't help when the temperature went above 30 degrees celcius.
The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring on foot. If you get a corner room you’ll get a great view of the river and the city.
Staff were fairly pleasant and helpful, although I couldn’t get the WiFi to work at first they did advise what to do to fix it.
Breakfast was nice but very busy all the time.
Breakfasts were good but, at least on Sunday, there should be some ala carte alternatives to the full buffet.
The location was excellent and the staff were a real pleasure to work with.
