"It is just a basic room to sleep in. It says the property is non smoking but you can smell weed everywhere. The people at the front desk barely say good morning and nobody cleans your room, I get the towels every 3 days but not the bed or garbage."

"The second night of our three night stay thr power went out in the hotel, except for a few rooms. There was no communication on estimated length of outage, if anyone was working on restoring power, etc. Our trip was for heart testing. The temperature in the room mixed with my heart issues made it extremely hard to breath. Taking the stairs down was okay, but climbing them to the 4th floor, it caused me to have chest pain, palpitations, and severe shortness of breath. Because of the excessive heat in our room and no idea when power would be restored we cut our trip short. We checked out at midnight and drove 3 hours to our home. "

"Get better staff who isn't so rude .. and try to actually make the guest feel welcome "

"The stay was nice, staff members friendly & polite. Fitness room needs some attending to. 3 of the 6 pieces of cardio equipment out of order. No AED machine in place. The signage is on the wall but no machine. I would move the dispenser for sanitation wipes by the door with a sign to wipe down equipment after use. We used the area twice couldn't use cardio equipment because it was in use then watched as those using it for 30 mins left without wiping it off. "

"Everything about the stay was great . Only one negative thought came to mind - The shower pan Was very slick and I could have very easily fell down had I not had the quick reaction to slipping "
