The hotel was as beautiful as it looks on the site! Our room was nice-could have been cleaner in the bathroom-mold on the toilet and in the shower. I would stay again and give it another try though! Staff were very friendly and didn't mind us walking around looking at all the Christmas decorations and other things.

We had a lamp that didn't work. The reading lights for the beds didn't work either. Otherwise the rooms were good. The staff was great! Christmas brunch was great. My family and I had a great time together.
