"We had an excellent stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter who’s studying at the university. The place was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed—comfy bed, great shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the WHO student village and really close to the old town too. "The host (Caroline Ademi) was the best I have encountered and very easy to communicate with. The apartment and building is bright, spotless and comfortable and in easy walking distance to town. There were plenty of things to do in the town and surrounding area. Lots of photo opportunities in Türbingen! We had rented a car and there was a parking space provided. Highly recommend this experience. "

"Very clean. Newly renovated. Nice appointments. Great old town location. Best parking is in Old Town Konnig parking facility. €16.80 per day. 5 min walk. Not bad at all. Would recommend. "

"gut ausgestattet, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings liegt die Wohnung am Stadtgraben, der Hauptverkehrsader Tübingens, d.h. die Verkehrsgeräusche sind sehr laut, zum Glück schließen die Fenster gut"

"Die schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Viktor ist einfach toll. Habe noch nie eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung so kompakt gesehen wie dieses. Vor der Haustüre gibt es ne Haltestelle wo alle 10mim ein Bus fährt. Unweit gibt es ein Rewe Markt zu Fuss 5min. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!"
