"Excellent property, exactly as described. The pool was amazing in the mid summer heat, while hot tub on premisis we didn't even touch it but it looked amazing for those cool winter nights. Kicthen and bathrooms looked newly remodeled and were well stocked, for the price you couldn't ask for anything more. Would rent again in a heartbeat!"

Central home nested in magical garden near UofA with private pool&spa 4 BR/4BA

10/10 Excellent
"Staying at this awesome rustic home in Tucson for 4 days/3 nights was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two small dogs. Our dogs got to wander around the magical garden and absolutely loved being outside exploring a new world. We all sat outside throughout the day just watching the many variety of birds that came into the yard. Woodpeckers fed their babies that poked their heads out of the cactus for food. Toby, our host, provides bird seed to feed the birds. At night the yard lights up with luminaries at various spots throughout the yard, with just enough light to feel peaceful and beautiful. Loved it! We didn't use the pool or spa as we visited the botanical gardens on Friday with our dogs - they have 5 doggy day every Friday in the summer! That was such a fun time! We visited the many antiques shops and great restaurants in Tucson and once done with that, we came back to the house to relax and rest up. Our family consists of three 72 yr old's, one 97 yr old we can't keep up with, and 2 young adults at 38 & 44. The inside of the house is clean and charming; you feel right at home, The beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet and we felt safe. The younger adults used the casita and thought it perfect. It has a wall A/C unit that worked great. The house has the digital A/C dial easy to use and kept the house very cool to cold. Communication was always easy with both Tom, the manager and Host Toby as responses were quick. We voted to return here soon!"

Private Southwestern Style Casita with Lush & Fully fenced Lush Yard**

10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful stay at this casita! After living in Arizona for 11 years and recently moving to Georgia, this trip gave us the chance to rediscover Tucson. The location was perfect—we enjoyed the Gaslight Theatre, Roadies, several beautiful hikes, runs, shopping, amazing local coffee shops and restaurants, and everything was just a short drive away. The casita was incredibly clean, spacious, and well supplied with everything my two boys and I needed. We loved being able to cook meals, and the backyard was such a peaceful place to relax—especially while watching one of Tucson’s summer storms roll through. The home was quiet, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.As a mom traveling alone with my kids, I especially appreciated how safe we felt. Taylor was incredibly responsive, checked in on us throughout our stay, and made us feel well taken care of.A fun bonus was getting to enjoy Fourth of July fireworks from the property, which made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Tucson visit. When we return, we’ll absolutely stay at one of Taylor and Yuko’s rentals again. You won’t be disappointed!"

‘Garden House’ - Beautiful Mid-Century Home

‘Garden House’ - Beautiful Mid-Century Home

10/10 Excellent
"I am hesitant to write this review because I want this house to be my secret it was SO good. I have MCAS and multiple fragrance, chemical and mold sensitivities so I need fragrance free cleaning products. The hosts allowed us to tour the property in advance to make sure we were ok. They were so solicitous and accommodating and went over all the cleaning procedures with me ahead of time. The house itself is just fantastic in every way. I wish I could just move in permanently. The projector screen for tv/movies was so much fun. The house is full of plants inside and out which makes it feel more home-like, cool in Tucson heat, and makes the air inside smell oh so clean. The beds, furniture and linens are super comfortable also. The host provides fragrance free laundry detergent and the laundry area is therefore free of fragrance residue which is so wonderful since usually we cannot use public machines because we react to scent left behind in them by others. The light in this house is magical as well."
