"Nice property with pool and workout facilities and nearby trails. While some furniture could be updated (dining and TV tables), beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Appreciated communications from the property manager, although had some difficulty with VRBO app."

Everything is well thought out, down to enough Kurig coffee pods for our entire visit. The location in Oro Valley was fabulous. The condo was super clean. The quality of everything was fantastic. "The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!"

"We used this apartment as one of our many stops around the AZ national parks. The apartment has all of the basics covered and was a comfortable stay. The views were pretty of the mountains nearby. My only feedback would be to give clearer directions of where the trash/recycling is held as I dug through emails from the building to find that information."

The neighborhood itself isn't the most upscale by any means but it is in close proximity to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. "Our son graduated and I really wanted NOT to stay in a hotel . Close to the school and Chris was such a great host . We got to visit our son and we loved the rental we opted to stay an extra day and Chris was able to accommodate us. Loved having a modern and comfortable place to relax in between the events and close to Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Thank you for a memorable weekend"

"Check in gave full detail about property and was very nice, pool area was nice had a lot activities for the kids to stay occupied, only negative thing about the pool it was full of bugs like bad, bug were floating through out the whole pool and covered in the ground when you first walk in. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows. Very nice room. "
