As the sun crests the mountain top it is time to start planning your exciting excursions. Plan them as you sip your favorite beverage on the secluded patio or by one of the 3 gorgeous pools. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for the weather, our stay was good. Condo in a great location, only could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty , kitchen could have been cleaner. Didn’t use the patio because it needed cleaning and chair cushions need replacing.

Spectrum and the owner are very responsive.The condo was clean and refreshed.

We had to buy light bulbs and batteries were missing from one of the remotes. Silverware tray was dirty. Windows were dirty. Would of liked nicer bedding. Other than that, it was ok.
